i grew up on a working cattle and tobacco farm in the hills of Tennessee, we had white-faced roans , herefords. . meat was excellent.. everybody went to raising angus or limozienes,.. lot of meat . no fat... poor flaver. i ordered these ribeyes to take a chance.. AND IT WAS WORTH WHAT EVER THEY WANT FOR THEM... Took this 70 year old man and his wifey back to the OLD TIMES. best steaks i have ever bought, and i bought 6 again. this IS YOUR "GO TO" STEAK TO TREAT GUSTS TO AN VERY TASTY MEAL. ..Very few resturants will have this quality of tenderness and flavor...MATCHES THE ONES WE MANAGED FOR OUR FAMILY TABLE....THIS WILL BE THE ONLY STEAK I WOULD EVER ORDER....
Probably the only steak I'll buy from now on!

Great steaks. My wife and I love them. They may not be "cheap" but if you like quality, are a good value.
